No ads. No algorithms. No revenue sharing. Just money and rank.

Rank = money
There is no algorithm. The highest effective bid is #1, second highest is #2, and so on down the board.

Whole dollars, $2 minimum
Bids are whole US dollars. Any amount puts you on the board at whatever rank that money currently buys.

Ties go to the veteran
If two listings sit at the same value, the one that reached it first keeps the higher rank.

Bids decay
Every listing loses half its effective value every 24 hours — and always at least $1 every 2 hours, whichever is harsher. Floored at $1. A $10,000 bid falls to ~$5,000 in a day and ~$1,250 in two, so big money has to keep paying too. Nobody parks at #1 forever.

Top-ups only cost the difference
Re-enter the exact same URL or @handle and you pay only the gap between your current value and your new bid.

Takeover
Pay 5x the current #1 and you lock rank #1 for 3 hours. Decay still applies to your underlying bid.
